CoffinHow long I had been walking from the top of the mountain, I couldnt tell, but it felt like I hadnt made any progress in this blizzard. The sky was gray, but I could tell it was around sunset, because the sky was growing bluer and darker fast. The snow was over a foot deep, and I had to pull my feet out of the snow one at a time to walk. Still snow slipped into my boots, and other places. It blew into my eyes, into the back of my neck from behind my coat, onto the sliver of skin that would sometimes stick out between my coat and my glove.
